Founded in 2019, Bellew LLC is lead by Sean Bellew, a trial lawyer who handles complex corporate and commercial and employment litigation matters, with an emphasis on corporate litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and general commercial litigation in the Delaware Superior Court (Complex Commercial Litigation Division) and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Mr. Bellew represents Delaware corporations, corporations doing business in Delaware and internationally and individuals in cases involving corporate control, trade secrets, corporate governance, statutory and contractual disputes, fiduciary duties, antitrust, securities, employment claims and injunction litigation. He also handles bankruptcy and corporate reorganization matters on behalf of debtors and creditors

 

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Bellew served as judicial clerk to the Hon. Sandra Schultz Newman of the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

 

Mr. Bellew is a 1997 graduate of Villanova University School of Law, where he was symposium editor and staff writer for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal, and the President of the Student Bar Association. He received his undergraduate degree from The Catholic University of America, in Washington, D.C.
